What is Auto DM?

AutoDM by ViaEpic (also written Auto DM) is an Instagram comment-to-DM automation tool. You choose a post or reel, a keyword such as LINK, GUIDE or PRICE, and the message to send. When a follower comments that keyword, Auto DM sends them a direct message with your link within seconds. What is Auto DM by ViaEpic?
Auto DM is an Instagram comment-to-DM automation tool made in India. You pick a post or reel, choose a keyword such as LINK or GUIDE, and write the message. When someone comments that keyword, Auto DM sends them your message and link as a direct message within seconds, through Meta's official Instagram API.
Is Auto DM free?
Yes. The Free plan includes one Instagram account, unlimited posts and keyword rules, and 500 automated DMs a month, with no card required. The optional public reply under a comment carries a small "via Auto DM by ViaEpic" tag on the Free plan. The DM itself never carries a tag.
How much does Auto DM cost?

Is Auto DM a ManyChat alternative?
Yes. Auto DM covers the core ManyChat use case for creators, comment-to-DM automation on Instagram, at a flat Indian-rupee price instead of per-contact USD pricing. Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Auto DM uses Meta's official Instagram API with Instagram Login, the same method Meta-approved business tools use. It only messages people who commented on your post first, and it never logs into your account with a password.
Do I have to share my Instagram password?
No. You sign in on Instagram's own login screen and approve the permissions once. You can revoke access at any time from your Instagram settings, and Auto DM stops immediately.

Will the same person get spammed?
No. Each person receives at most one DM per rule in any 24-hour window, even if they comment the keyword several times.
